Bird Watcher's Pocket Guide

Dear Parents,

Not sure if you're aware of it or not, but we've been doing some serious bird watching during Spartan Time recently.  We've even created a website to document the birds that can be found on the Salem Middle campus.  Check it out here:

One of our students brought one in today and it's pretty neat.  Not only is it only $6, it includes color drawings of a ton of the most common birds in our state.  Better yet, it's laminated -- so it's durable times ten. 

I just bought 8 for our club to use, but we usually have almost 20 students with us each week.  That means I don't have enough for everyone to have their own!
